Our client is seeking an experienced High-End Comm Interior Project Manager - Manhattan to lead high-end commercial interior projects throughout Manhattan from preconstruction through closeout. Description

A successful High-End Comm Interior Project Manager - Manhattan:

• • Manage multiple commercial interior construction projects from award through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement logs.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and field operations teams.
  • Lead client meetings and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
  • Track project costs, contracts, billing, and overall financial performance.
  • Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure successful field execution.
  • Identify risks and proactively resolve project challenges to maintain schedule and budget goals.
  • Oversee project closeout, punch list completion, and final turnover documentation

Profile

A successful High-End Comm Interior Project Manager - Manhattan:

• • • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor.
    • Proven experience managing high-end commercial interior projects in Manhattan.
    • Background delivering corporate interiors, financial fit-outs, luxury retail, hospitality, or similarly high-finish projects.
    • Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
    • Proficient with construction management software and project reporting tools.
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
