This firm is a growing GC with work throughout the New England states. A mid-sized firm who specializes in building and renovating large apartment complexes. They have a growing presence in Stamford, CT which is where this position will be located.

Description

Assistant Project Manager

  • Assist in planning and managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Monitor project budgets and schedules, addressing any issues that arise.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.
  • Support site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Provide regular updates to senior project managers and stakeholders.
  • Help resolve construction-related challenges as they occur on-site.
  • Maintain effective communication across all parties involved in the project.
  • General knowledge of Building and Construction codes

Profile
