This position is responsible for safely operating heavy equipment to move raw materials, maintain production flow, and support daily plant operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. The ideal candidate has experience operating large earth-moving equipment, prioritizes safety, and is willing to assist with general labor duties when equipment operation is not required.

Shift:Monday Friday | 5: 30 AM until finished(Typically 2: 00 PM 4: 00 PM)
Saturday:5: 00 AM until finished(Typically 10: 00 AM 12: 00 PM)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join a busy manufacturing team in Oklahoma City. This position is responsible for safely operating heavy equipment to move raw materials, maintain production flow, and support daily plant operations in a fast-paced industrial environment.

The ideal candidate has experience operating large earth-moving equipment, prioritizes safety, and is willing to assist with general labor duties when equipment operation is not required.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous experience operating heavy equipment in a manufacturing, construction, or industrial environment required
Experience operating one or more of the following equipment:

• 
  Dozer
  
• 
  Scraper
  
• 
  Front-End Loader
  
• 
  Motor Grader
  Experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment strongly preferred
  Experience operating only backhoes or skid steers does not qualify for this position
  Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
  Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
  

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Safely operate heavy equipment to transport raw materials throughout the facility
Support production by maintaining efficient material flow
Perform pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections
Assist with material handling and production support as needed
Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient workflow
Keep equipment and work areas clean, organized, and safe
Report equipment issues and maintenance concerns promptly
Perform general labor duties when equipment operation is not required
Follow all company safety procedures and required PPE guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience operating multiple types of earth-moving equipment
Previous manufacturing or industrial production experience
Basic equipment maintenance knowledge
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Frequent climbing, standing, walking, bending, and extended periods of sitting while operating equipment
Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather and industrial conditions
Must be available for overtime and Saturday work as required
