We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple functional areas, with an initial focus on Healthcare/Health Services. Experience recruiting Nurses, Clinical Appeals, UM Specialists, STARS, Risk Adjustment, Quality, or healthcare analytics roles.

Role: Healthcare Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter)
Location: Baltimore, MD / Columbia, MD – Hybrid (3 Days/Month)
Job Type: Contract through December 2026
Interview Process: 1^st Round Virtual & Final Round Onsite
 
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple functional areas, with an initial focus on Healthcare/Health Services.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Manage 20+ requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Handle full-cycle recruiting from intake through hire.
• Source passive candidates, review resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews.
• Partner with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and Compensation teams.
• Manage offer negotiations and candidate experience.

 
Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare/health insurance.
• Experience recruiting Nurses, Clinical Appeals, UM Specialists, STARS, Risk Adjustment, Quality, or healthcare analytics roles.
• Comfortable recruiting across Healthcare, IT, Operations, and Finance.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, MS Office, and Teams.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology is a plus.
• Self-starter with excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
