Job Summary
We are seeking a Head Production Baker to lead our team of bakers for the Hello Kitty Cafe and more!  ! In this role, you will lead a team of bakers providing a variety of desserts, pastries, and other sweets. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of professional bakery experience and a passion for developing innovative desserts. If you are creative, hardworking, and want to share your tasty creations with customers, we’d like to hear from you! 


Responsibilities: 

• Ensure recipes are followed and production volumes are met daily
• Make sure quality control at every step of the baking process 
• Develop new and innovative recipes 
• Clean and sanitize equipment and baking areas
• Prepare custom orders
• Track, maintain, and order inventory as necessary  
• Supervise pastry assistants and bakers

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Head baker, pastry chef, or in a similar role is preferred 
• Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment
• Ability to manage people and meet volume quotas and strict deadlines
• Knowledge of food safety practices
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Team player with strong leadership skills
• Available for early morning shifts
