    Description

At Xe, we live currencies. Founded in 1993, Xe is a global leader in currency exchange and international money transfers. What began as a simple currency converter has grown into a platform trusted by over 300 million people each year. We provide a comprehensive range of currency services and products, including real-time exchange rates, a Currency Converter, Market Analysis and a Currency Data API, supporting 130+ currencies across 190+ countries with quick, easy, secure Money Transfers for individuals and businesses. We leverage technology to deliver these services through our website, mobile app, and by phone. Backed by Euronet, we process more than $115 billion in global payments annually. Xe is profitable, product-led, and focused on building reliable, user-first tools that make moving money across borders easier for everyone.

Our Principles. At Xe, we value people who take initiative, think big, and follow through. We're curious by nature and not afraid to ask what if or try something new. Everyone's voice matters here. We expect people to speak up, bring ideas, and take ownership of their work. We don't micromanage. We trust each other to make good calls, take responsibility, and move fast when it counts. And we care about community. Not in a vague corporate way, but in the sense that we have each other's backs, stay open to feedback, and build a culture of trust and real collaboration.

    • Ambition. We dream big, try things out, and always ask "why not?" and "what if?" We're ambitious in our thinking and our delivery
    • Responsibility. We get involved, bring our perspective, and are always open to new ideas. We take personal responsibility
    • Community. We value a sense of belonging, trusting each other, and encouraging authenticity. We contribute to our community

    About the Role

Xe is looking for an experienced, hands-on leader to build and lead our Sales Operations team as we scale a repeatable sales engine. You will build the operational backbone for both our Sales and Account Management organizations, spanning sales process optimization, target setting and commission management, performance reporting, and sales enablement and training. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will work closely with the regional sales leaders and partner with Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Product to enhance sales productivity and selling effectiveness, and to accelerate revenue growth. Success in this role will be measured by tangible improvements across the sales engine: higher seller productivity, sharper forecast accuracy, stronger pipeline visibility and quality, faster new-hire ramp time, and more effective enablement programs. We are looking for a hands-on leader who is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating with limited oversight. You will need credibility with sales leadership and the willingness to hold operating standards when the field pushes back, alongside the judgment to navigate ambiguity and build structure in a high-growth environment.

    What You'll Do

    • Build and lead a high-performing Sales Operations team, recruiting top talent and creating a culture where people do their best work and grow their careers.
    • Define, document, and enforce a unified sales and account management process, from lead qualification and routing through account hand-off and retention.
    • Partner with Sales leadership and Revenue Operations to set targets at team and individual rep level.
    • Own pipeline discipline from top of funnel through retention, including stage definitions, exit criteria, hygiene standards, and inspection with sales leadership.
    • Own sales performance reporting: pipeline coverage and velocity, conversion by stage, win rates, ramp and rep productivity, and quota attainment.
    • Design sales commission plans and manage commission calculations, administration, and tracking.
    • Direct ICP refinement and targeted prospect coverage, translating conversion and retention data into how the field goes to market.
    • Direct the regional GTM Engineers to build churn and expansion signal alerts for Account Management.
    • Run the operating cadence with regional sales and AM leaders, reviewing performance against target, funnel efficiency, and rep productivity, and driving the actions that follow.
    • Own CRM adoption and data discipline across sales and AM, partnering with Revenue Operations on platform design and change management.
    • Define and implement Outbound Sales lead sourcing, scoring, and routing logic, providing consistent high-quality lead volume and clear outreach prioritization for SDRs.
    • Own the enablement agenda: onboarding, training, sales methodology, plays, and the collateral library, working with Marketing and Product on client-facing materials.
    • Own the voice-of-customer channel, synthesizing field insight for Product, Marketing, and Pricing.

    What You'll Bring

    • You have 8+ years in sales operations or revenue operations at a high-growth company, ideally in fintech, financial services, or B2B SaaS industries.
    • Track record of building the operational foundations of a sales organization, including process and pipeline discipline, target setting, and commission structure.
    • Strong CRM fluency, ideally HubSpot, including how process design shapes data quality and adoption.
    • Familiarity with GTM tooling such as Clay and paid lead sources like ZoomInfo and Firmable, and how they feed into the lead scoring, routing, and outreach prioritization engine.
    • Strong analytical capability to diagnose funnel, conversion, and rep productivity problems from the data, and comfortable working hands-on with sales data.
    • Experience building or directing sales enablement, including onboarding and ramp programs.
    • Credibility with sales leadership, and the willingness to hold operating standards when the field pushes back.
    • Demonstrate sound business judgment, strong written and verbal communication skills and a proven ability to influence senior leaders.
    • Experience building, managing and coaching high-performing teams.
