Key Responsibilities
The Head of Renewals Sales, Americas is responsible for leading Check Point s Americas Renewals business and delivering regional renewal performance through strong sales leadership, proactive risk management, and continuous organizational transformation.
This leader owns the regional renewal number and is accountable for renewal rate, revenue retention, forecast accuracy, and execution against quarterly business objectives. Working closely with Americas Sales leadership, they will drive a culture of accountability, rigor, and customer focus, ensuring that renewal opportunities, risks, and expansion opportunities are identified and actively managed.
Equally important, this leader will continue the transformation of the Renewals organization. They will develop the capabilities of managers and individual contributors, simplify processes, improve operating discipline, and introduce new ways of working-including the use of AI, automation, and data-driven decision making-to improve team productivity and customer outcomes.
Success in this role will be measured not only by business results, but by the ability to build a high-performing sales organization that is respected by field sales leadership, proactively manages ARR risk, and helps customers maximize the value of their Check Point investment.
