This is our first marketing hire. You'll build the function from zero: own audience segmentation, broker lifecycle/CRM programs, and brand storytelling and use AI agents to automate the repeatable so your time goes to judgment and taste.

You'll own:

• Segmentation and analytics the core skill we care about most
• Broker engagement, lifecycle marketing, and CRM-driven campaigns
• Story and positioning that make a technical product land emotionally
• An agentic marketing operation, built and directed by you (with an engineering partner)

What we're looking for:

• 7 12 years in marketing, ideally as the first or only marketer at an early-stage company
• Deeply analytical thinks in segments, tests, reads results honestly
• Strong storytelling instinct, without being a brand-first or comms-first marketer
• Genuinely excited to build and direct AI-agent workflows, not just use AI tools
