Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy on evaluation of Manual Trades - Custodial Personnel.
Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors:
Tools/Equipment Used: Standard office equipment including computer and peripherals; forklift or hydraulic lifting equipment; hand truck, dolly, and pallet jack; ladders, small hand tools; light truck or van
Vision and Hearing: Moderate to maximum
Posture: Frequent standing, kneeling/squatting, bending/stooping, pushing, pulling, crawling, reaching, and twisting; prolonged standing/walking; climbing, wrist turn, and grasping occasionally
Motion: Repetitive hand motions; frequent keyboarding and use of mouse; frequent walking, climbing ladders and scaffolding; grasping/squeezing, wrist flexion/extension, twisting, pinching, finger manipulation, overhead reaching, climbing stairs, bending, stooping, and reaching overhead;
Lifting: Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 45 pounds.
Carrying: Occasionally carrying up to 50 pounds with the assistance of another person, not to exceed 80 pounds total;
Environment: Work inside 95% and outside 5%; on slippery or uneven walking surfaces; frequent exposure to hot and cold temperatures (70O - 95O F), dust, toxic chemicals and materials, noise, and vibration; work around moving objects or vehicles; may work alone; occasional prolonged or irregular hours
Mental Demands: Work with frequent interruptions; maintain emotional control under stress

2025-2026 Salary Range Min. $19.26 Mid. $22.99 Max. $26.71 (Based on previous experience)
Salaries are determined by the number of completed and eligible years of service at an accredited school.
Salary is based on 260 days. If working less than 260 days, the salary will be less.
