    Key Responsibilities:

    - Manage the daily operations of the ship's bakery, including ordering ingredients, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment onboard the cruise ship

    - Work closely with the Executive Chef to create and execute a variety of baked goods, desserts, and pastries for our guests

    - Ensure all baked goods are made to the highest quality standards and are visually appealing

    - Train and supervise a team of bakers, ensuring they adhere to company standards and follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines

    - Collaborate with other departments, such as the dining room and room service, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of baked goods to guests

    - Stay updated on current food trends and incorporate them into the menu when appropriate

    - Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment, following all health and safety regulations


    Requirements:

    - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Head Baker, preferably in a high-volume, fine dining establishment

    - Culinary degree or equivalent experience in baking and pastry arts

    - Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment

    - Ability to manage and train a team

    - Excellent time management and organizational skills

    - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once

    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    - Fluent in English, both written and verbal

    - Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

    - Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical examination and obtain necessary travel documents
