Our billables are only 1850, we allow for 100% remote work and we have three bonus programs! Please read on! We are seeking a seasoned Habitability Defense Attorney to join our talented team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cases related to insurance defense in the realm of habitability law. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about advocating for clients in the complex world of insurance defense and has a proven track record of success in this area. You will be a key member of our team, providing legal advice, conducting research, and representing clients in court.

Job Details

What You'll Do:

1. Represent clients in all aspects of permanent habitability law, including litigation and dispute resolution.
2. Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies.
3. Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents related to insurance defense.
4. Develop and implement effective case strategies in collaboration with clients and other team members.
5. Provide legal advice to clients on matters related to permanent habitability law and insurance defense.
6. Represent clients in court, presenting evidence and arguments as necessary.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a comprehensive approach to case management.
9. Contribute to the firm's overall mission and goals through active participation in team meetings and initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Must have passed the bar exam and be in good standing with the state bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance defense, with specific experience in permanent habitability law.
4. Proven track record of success in managing complex cases and achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
5. Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
6. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
7. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
8. Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically.
9. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
10. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
11. Commitment to maintaining the highest level of professional ethics and integrity.
12. Demonstrated ability to maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
