Role description

Job Title: Senior Specialist - Package Implementation

Key Responsibilities:

• Handson experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter requirement gathering
• Through self-directed activities act as liaison between business user and technical groups using superior communication skills to elicit document analyze and validate
• Experience operating and interfacing with business management including negotiation and presentation skills
• Proven track record of creating clear concise deliverables that reflect a deep understanding of business needs and the out of the box functionality of guidewire ClaimCenter
• Strong initiative able to self-manage comfortable with ambiguity and able to work through it to get the right things done

Technical Skills:

• Guidewire ClaimCenter
• SVN Rally HPQC Jira
• Microsoft Project Excel PowerPoint SharePoint
• Guidewire PolicyCenter BillingCenter ClaimCenter interfaces
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Must Have Skills:

• Gathered analyzed documented business and technical requirements from both formal and informal sessions and validate the needs of the business stakeholders thereby drafting the Business Requirement Document BRD and assist in defining Technical Design Document TDD and System Specification Document SSD
• Handson experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter requirement gathering
• Utilized the guidelines and artifacts of guidewire to develop a detailed requirement of OOTB Functions and customizations
• Develop business requirements documenting workflow and process for Guidewire ClaimCenter
• Actively participate in SCRUM meetings and ensured all Agile project techniques are used in accomplishing the tasks based on the deadlines
• Worked with SCRUM Master Business Owners Project Sponsor SME and Guidewire Consultants to define Product Backlog Sprint Backlog estimate efforts for user stories
• Worked with the business and developers for requirement clarifications

Good to have:

• Minimum one end-to-end implementation experience of Guidewire ClaimCenter
• Experienced with Agile Scrum methodology and business analysis methodologies
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal understands communication channels and escalates appropriately
• AINS 21222324 Certification

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual''s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Benefits

Compensation range: $ 130,000.00 to 140,000.00 per year
