As a Guest Service Associate at the Element by Westin Nashville Airport, you will likely be one of the FIRST associates our guests encounter. You understand your attitude and interaction sets the tone for a guest’s experience and can impact both the way they feel and their impression of both the Element brand and the Marriott family of hotels. Genuine warmth, a pleasant smile and a helpful and caring attitude and approach allow you to stand out amongst your peers! Some might think it’s just checking people in and out, but it is SO much more than that. You will be greeting the excited family embarking on a much-anticipated vacation and the travel-weary business client, too. You will handle requests thoroughly, in a timely manner and courteously. As a Guest Service Associate, you will have numerous opportunities to brighten someone’s day!!!
What you'll be doing...
- Engaging in purposeful communication and building rapport with guests.
- Creating an open dialogue, uncovering guest expectations and anticipating their needs.
- Responding to guest needs/concerns in person, via phone or even via our specialized guest chat platform.
- Promoting Marriott’s loyalty program – BONVOY – allowing for special incentives and upgrades for members and encouraging guest enrollment to drive loyalty and additional business.
- Effectively communicating with ALL departments within the hotel to ensure guests enjoy an exceptional experience, their needs are fulfilled and any challenges they might experience are fully resolved.
- Always maintaining professionalism consistent with expectations established by Marriott, the Element brand and our management company.

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay from $16.00-$17.00 + dependent upon experience
