Where You'll Work
Hybrid: This is a hybrid role based in either Austin, Chicago, Denver, New Jersey, New York City, Philadelphia, Raleigh or Toronto with the expectation to be in office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection.
Why This Role Matters
We're looking for an AI-native Growth Marketing Manager to design and execute multi-channel campaigns email, webinars, ABM, and thought leadership that drive pipeline from awareness to conversion at scale.
You'll own strategy and execution end-to-end, collaborating across revenue, marketing, and go-to-market teams in a fast-moving environment. Strong project management, attention to detail, and a bias toward action are essential. LegalTech, FinTech, or enterprise SaaS experience is a plus. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing.

The base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $80,000. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan.
In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and incentive and recognition programs. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
Salary Range (Ontario Applicants): This position has a base salary range of $89,000 to $110,000 CAD, with additional eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus and benefits. The final offer will depend on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
