Camp Fire North Shore is seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and caring Group Leaders to support our dynamic after-school programs. This role is essential in creating a safe, engaging,andinclusiveenvironmentwherechildreninkindergartenthrougheighthgrade can learn, grow, and thrive.
As a Group Leader, you will help shape meaningful daily experiences through hands-on activities, academic enrichment, and social-emotional learning. This is a school-year position,withopportunitiesforcontinuedemploymentinourSummerDayCampprograms.
Compensation
HourlyRate:$18.00-$20.00perhour,basedonexperienceandqualifications.

- Participateinmeetingsand12+hoursofannualprofessionaldevelopment
- ObtainFirstAid/CPRcertificationwithin6monthsofhire(requiredforallEEC staff)
- Employeeswhoarenotyetcertifiedmustbesupervisedatalltimesandmaynotbeleft alone with children until certification is completed

Qualifications
Mustbeatleast18yearsofageandmeetoneofthefollowing:
- Associate'sorBachelor'sdegree+3monthsprofessionalexperience
- Highschooldiploma+6monthsProfessionalexperience(including3monthslicensed program)
- 9monthsprofessionalexperiencewithschool-agechildren(including3monthslicensedprogram)
