    Description

    What you'll be doing:

We're building something rare: a family of brands with genuine cultural relevance, distinct aesthetic identities, and a creative standard that refuses to settle. We're looking for a Graphic Designer who brings a strong point of view, an insatiable curiosity, and the craft to translate both into work that stops people mid-scroll.

This role sits at the intersection of brand storytelling and execution -- producing visual content across digital, social, email, retail, and beyond. You won't just follow brand guidelines; you'll internalize them deeply enough to push them forward. You'll work across Babyletto, Namesake, and daVinci Baby, understanding what makes each brand distinct and designing accordingly.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design compelling visual content for digital advertising, social media (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube), email, websites, and retailer platforms -- with a creative standard that is visually arresting, culturally relevant, and aesthetically elevated
    • Apply motion graphics, animation, and GIFs to bring brand storytelling to life across channels
    • Partner closely with the Senior Designer and cross-functional teams (Digital, Social, Communications, Brand) to deliver work that serves both brand and business goals
    • Develop deep fluency in each brand's aesthetic, voice, and positioning -- acting as a guardian of creative integrity across every touchpoint
    • Own and maintain our DTC websites as living brand expressions -- regularly auditing content, refreshing assets, and identifying opportunities to improve the visual experience, conversion flow, and on-site storytelling
    • Understand and design toward performance -- fluent in the metrics that matter (ROAS, reach, CTR, thumb stop rate, site traffic) and using that data to continuously refine creative output
    • Actively incorporate AI tools into your workflow: use them to accelerate production, explore creative directions faster, and free up bandwidth for the work that requires genuine human taste and judgment
    • Stay curious about emerging tools, design trends, and cultural shifts -- regularly bringing fresh perspective and relevant references to the team
    • Edit video and photo assets for use across social, web, and retail partner sites
    • Develop print and marketing materials as needed: mood boards, trade show signage, posters, brochures, merchandise, presentation decks
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicate progress clearly, and consistently meet deadlines
    • Show up as a collaborative, energizing presence on the team -- someone who makes the creative work and the people around them better

What you bring to the table:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of training and 3+ years of hands-on experience
    • Proven mastery of design fundamentals: layout, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy
    • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects)
    • Expert proficiency in Figma and Canva
    • Demonstrated experience designing for web, mobile, tablet, and print collaterals
    • Comfort with -- and genuine curiosity about -- AI-powered creative tools (generative image tools, AI video, workflow automation, etc.); willingness to experiment, share learnings, and push the team forward
    • Solid understanding of social and digital video platforms and what performs on each
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
    • Strong conceptual thinking: you have a point of view, you can articulate it, and you can execute it
    • Excellent communicator -- clear, direct, and receptive to feedback
    • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset; you see constraints as creative problems to solve
    • Passion for design, interiors, and visual culture -- you notice things other people walk past
    • A genuinely great attitude: collaborative, curious, and committed to doing work you're proud of
