A nonprofit organization in New York City is seeking a new Grants Manager to join their team and focus on post-award grant management.
About the Opportunity:
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: 9am to 5pm (35 hours per week)
Setting: Remote (Office attendance six times per month for permanent employees)
Responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of over 25 grants
Preparing and submitting grant claims and vouchers
Tracking expenditures and ensuring budget compliance
Aligning with NYS funding requirements
Supporting audits and financial documentation
Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
3+ years of Grants Management experience
Bachelor's Degree
Experience with Grant Claims and Budget Tracking
Experience with Financial Reporting
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong communication skills
Proactive work ethic
Highly detail-oriented
Team player mentality
Desired Qualifications:
3+ years of Social Services / Nonprofit experience
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
Experience with ERP systems
Knowledge of FundEZ or similar systems
