Grants & Compliance Manager
Salary: $80k-$100k

Key Responsibilities for the Grants & Compliance Manager:



  • Manage grant-related financial and programmatic reporting for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance

  • Review grant contracts and monitor compliance with federal, state, local, and contractual requirements

  • Coordinate grantor reports, reimbursement requests, and grant-related accounting reconciliations

  • Support month-end and year-end close processes related to grant financials

  • Coordinate internal, funder, and annual financial audit activities, including Single Audit schedules

  • Develop and maintain grant tracking systems, SOPs, and compliance training


Qualifications for the Grants & Compliance Manager:



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required

  • Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in grant management, compliance, or grant accounting, preferably in a nonprofit environment

  • Experience with federal and/or state grants, funder reporting, reimbursement processes, and audit support required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial or grant management systems
