The Grant Manager is responsible for leading the full lifecycle of grant funding initiatives, including identification, development, submission, and post-award management. Essential Functions:
- Leads the identification, evaluation, and prioritization of grant opportunities aligned with organizational strategy and program needs
- Develops, writes, and submits high-quality grant proposals, including narratives, budgets, and supporting documentation
- Manages a portfolio of grants across the full lifecycle, from pre-award through post-award closeout
- Serves as the primary liaison with funding agencies, ensuring timely communication and relationship management
- Ensures full compliance with local, state, federal, and funder-specific requirements, including reporting and audit readiness
- Oversees preparation and submission of programmatic and financial reports in collaboration with finance and program teams
- Collaborates with leadership and department stakeholders to align grant funding with strategic priorities and operational goals
- Monitors grant-funded programs to ensure performance outcomes, deliverables, and timelines are met
- Develops, implements, and maintains grant management systems, processes, and tracking tools
- Provides guidance and subject matter expertise to internal stakeholders on grant-related processes and compliance requirements
- Supports development of a grant pipeline and funding strategy to drive long-term sustainability
- Performs other related duties as assigned

Minimum of 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in grant writing, grant development, and grant management.
