Job Description
Seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead end-to-end execution of global executive education and leadership programs in partnership with top universities. This role will design, deliver, and optimize flagship learning programs aligned with enterprise and supply chain strategy. Key Responsibilities:
Design and manage executive education programs with university partners
Translate business strategy into learning frameworks and program architecture
Manage relationships with academic partners and internal stakeholders
Lead nomination, selection, and onboarding of senior leaders
Oversee program delivery (virtual, on-campus, hybrid) ensuring premium experience
Handle budgets, governance, logistics, and risk management
Measure program impact and drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or other related technical degree in Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Organizational Behavior or similar discipline.
6+ years of experience in executive education, leadership development, or organizational development including direct experience in external partner programs.
6+ years of professional experience, preferably in a global matrixed organization
3+ years of supporting Supply Chain organizations preferred
Experience managing university-partnered programs
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Proven program/project management expertise
Preferred:
Experience with global organizations and supply chain teams
Background working with top-tier universities
Experience in nomination-based leadership programs
