    Description

    IDR is seeking a Global Communications Manager to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity . In this role, youll help shape and lead internal communications for a growing AI Center of Excellence within a large, enterprise technology environment. This is a greenfield opportunity to create a consistent, engaging voice for AI initiatives and drive awareness and adoption across a global employee audience.

    Position Overview for the Global Communications Manager:

    • Build and own a communications strategy and calendar to promote AI programs, governance, training, and success stories across the enterprise.
    • Translate technical AI concepts into clear, business-focused messaging for diverse internal audiences and leadership stakeholders.
    • Create and publish multi-channel content such as newsletters, intranet updates, announcements, executive messaging, and AI use case spotlights.
    • Manage and evolve a SharePoint-based hub to ensure content is current, organized, and easy to navigate.
    • Partner with AI leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to collect stories, coordinate campaigns and events, and track communication effectiveness.

    Requirements for the Global Communications Manager :

    • 3+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or marketing within an enterprise environment
    • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to translate technical topics into engaging business communications
    • Proven experience building communications plans, managing calendars, and executing campaigns across multiple stakeholders or business units
    • Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
    • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work independently, bring original ideas, and thrive in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment
