What You'll Drive
Drive new and used vehicle volume and profitability
Lead, hire, coach, and hold Sales Managers accountable
Set and execute monthly and annual sales and gross objectives
Manage inventory, days' supply, and aged units
Oversee deal structure, appraisals, reconditioning, and approvals
Execute market‑driven promotions and advertising strategies
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and sales systems
Resolve customer issues to protect CSI and retention
Build a results‑driven culture through training and metrics

4-10 years of automotive sales leadership experience
Proven record of driving sales, gross, and team performance
