Description

Truce is built on the belief that real food, integrity, and purpose can ignite a movement. We’ve created a new kind of restaurant. One that proves convenience and uncompromised quality can coexist. A concept that refuses to choose between speed, authenticity, and extraordinary flavor and quality. At Truce, there are no compromises.

Our mission is to change the way our Guests eat by serving chef-crafted meals made from wholesome, all natural, seed-oil-free ingredients prepared with heart and sourced with purpose. We believe people deserve food that matches their ambition, their values, and their pursuit of a better life.

Food should fuel your best life, and that belief is baked into everything we do. From house-made dressings and sauces to fresh-baked breads, cakes, and pastries. Truce is our answer to those demanding more. More honesty, more flavor, more care, and more purpose in every bite. This is a brand built for people who feel a fire for purpose-driven work, who believe great food can change lives, and who want to be part of something that stands for more.

Build Something Special. Lead the Future.

Are you a high-performing restaurant leader who thrives on building teams, developing talent, and driving exceptional results?

We're seeking an experienced General Manager to help lead our new, highly successful restaurant concept during an exciting period of growth. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity to join a brand with ambitious expansion plans and play a critical role in shaping its future.

We're not looking for someone to simply manage a restaurant. We're looking for a leader who can build a culture, develop future leaders, and create the operational excellence that will fuel our growth for years to come.

Why This Opportunity Is Different.
We plan to open many more restaurants, and our leadership goals are simple: 100% of our future General Managers will be promoted internally from our Hospitality Manager and Culinary Manager teams!

As a General Manager, one of your most important responsibilities will be identifying, mentoring, coaching, and preparing the next generation of leaders. As we scale, your ability to develop people will be just as important as your ability to drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction.

The restaurants you lead today will produce the General Managers who open and lead our restaurants tomorrow.

For exceptional performers, this role also offers a clear path to broader leadership opportunities, including multi-unit leadership positions as the company continues to grow.
