POSITION SUMMARY:

The General Manager (GM) maintains overall responsibility for effectively managing all facets of

gym operations and revenue generation.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE:

• Annual salary, based on relevant experience to the role. Full-time hours.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Possess a thorough understanding of facility operations as defined by company standards
• Comprehensive knowledge of all facility operational, sales, and management systems
• Proficient in the use of all software programs that are utilized at the facility
• Ability and experience in effectively motivating and managing a staff of employees
• Achieve a successful track record of personal production
• Successfully demonstrate leadership of effectively running production meetings
• Demonstrate understanding of the sales reporting and content in regard to affecting positive change in challenging performance areas
• Possess complete understanding of the GM position description and compensation plan
• Thorough understanding of all company policies and procedures
