This full-time, on-site role offers you the chance to sharpen your management skills while working with a delicious menu and a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities - Operations

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure top-quality food, service, and sanitation
• Manage and supervise Shift Leaders and hourly staff with enthusiasm and care
• Assign daily work tasks and maintain proper inventory levels
• Reconcile cash registers and maintain accurate records in compliance with laws and company policies
• Ensure all staff adhere to safety, food handling, and company standards

Key Responsibilities - Management

• Recruit, interview, and hire motivated staff for all positions
• Train and develop Shift Leaders and hourly employees to perform at their best
• Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and handle disciplinary actions when necessary
• Adjust schedules to maintain smooth operations and approve overtime as needed

Key Responsibilities - Leadership

• Demonstrate a professional and positive attitude at all times
• Communicate effectively with management, staff, guests, and vendors
• Lead team meetings and delegate tasks to achieve company goals
• Resolve employee concerns with tact and professionalism

Work Conditions & Qualifications

• Flexible schedule with willingness to work extended hours
• Ability to stand and walk frequently during shifts
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Excellent communication, math, and computer skills
• At least 3 years of restaurant management experience
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a well-groomed, professional appearance
• Positive attitude, maturity, and self-discipline
