    Job Title: General Manager

    Location: Jefferson, LA

    Salary: $65,000 - $75,000/year (DOE)


    What We're Looking For:


    We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a single high-volume location for a Metairie-based multi-unit restaurant development group operating well-known national sports bar and better-burger brands across Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama. This is a full P&L leadership role with ownership of both front-of-house and back-of-house performance in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.


    The ideal candidate has multi-department restaurant management experience, is comfortable running a business with accountability for sales and profitability, and thrives in a company culture built on communication, integrity, and appreciation, with a genuine commitment to developing team members.


    Key Responsibilities


    • Own overall restaurant performance, including sales growth, profitability, and P&L results.
    • Lead and develop a management team across front-of-house and back-of-house departments.
    • Drive the guest experience and hold the team accountable to brand service standards.
    • Recruit, onboard, train, and retain both salaried managers and hourly team members.
    • Manage labor, food cost, beverage cost, inventory, and all controllable expenses to budget.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, and labor laws.
    • Execute brand standards, promotional programs, and in-house marketing initiatives.
    • Analyze operating reports and build action plans to address performance gaps.
    • Build succession and bench strength through consistent coaching and performance management.
    • Represent the company positively within the local community and market.
