Description
The Birmingham Group is recruiting a Project Manager for a North Louisiana general contractor with growing commercial and industrial work.
You’ll lead multiple ground-up projects, manage field execution, and help estimate the work you’ll deliver.
Job Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Manage $20M+ of concurrent commercial and industrial projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Own budgets, buyout, schedules, subcontractor and vendor relationships, and owner communication on each job
- Partner with field leadership to keep crews productive and projects on schedule
- Project estimates, with the owner reviewing numbers before they go to clients
- Report directly to the company owner and have real input on how the work gets built
Qualifications
What You Bring
- 15+ years of construction project management experience
- A proven ability to manage concurrent ground-up projects
- Proven ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
- Estimating experience
- Industrial background is a strong plus
- Southeast market experience preferred
