• Close & Convert: Turn warm inquiries (text/email) into booked daycare evaluations and grooming appointments that generate paying customers.
• Meet & Beat Sales Quotas: Proactively generate business through client outreach, follow-ups, and reactivation campaigns. Meet established sales targets and earn additional bonuses for exceeding them.
• Build Trust on Camera: Create quick, authentic short-form videos and video tours for social media to build client trust and drive inbound leads.
• Drive Revenue & Retention: Lead dynamic facility tours, demonstrate safety standards, and cross-sell complete care packages.
• Run the Show: Master operations, team management, and sales levers to take full control of the facility's daily operations.

⭐⭐ Who You Are ⭐⭐

• Proven Sales Driver: 2+ years of B2C sales/management experience with a track record of crushing quotas.
• Camera-Confident & Digital Native: Comfortable using short-form video (Reels, video DMs) to connect with pet parents and show off our care standards.
• Self-Directed Leader: 1+ years of professional supervisory or management experience. You thrive when given clear guidelines and the space to take total ownership.
• Fast & Persuasive: Elite communication skills over text, email, and in person.
• Hands-On Stamina: 40 hrs/week, weekday daytime shifts, active physical environment (handling dogs up to 150 lbs).
