Description

GENERAL MANAGER

Run the store. Build the team. Own the results.

We’re looking for a strong leader who wants more than just another restaurant management job.

As a General Manager at Crumbl, you’ll have the opportunity to lead your own store, develop a great team, and take real ownership of the business. You’ll be responsible for the people, culture, guest experience, operations, sales, and financial performance of your location.

We expect our General Managers to think like owners. That means celebrating the wins, solving problems instead of passing them along, developing great people, understanding the numbers, and constantly looking for ways to make the business better.

This is a hands-on leadership position. You won’t manage the store from an office—you’ll lead from the floor, work alongside your team, and set the standard for the culture and performance of your store.

If you’re competitive, organized, positive, and motivated by building something you can be proud of, this could be a great opportunity for you.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

Build & Lead a Great Team

Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members and future leaders. Create a culture where people are accountable, supported, and excited to come to work.

Deliver an Exceptional Guest Experience

Set the standard for hospitality, product quality, cleanliness, speed of service, and the overall Crumbl experience.

Run the Business

Take ownership of daily operations, scheduling, inventory, ordering, labor management, food costs, budgeting, and store profitability.

Drive Sales & Growth

Look beyond the four walls of the store. Develop local relationships, pursue outside sales opportunities, support marketing initiatives, and find creative ways to grow the business.

Develop Future Leaders

Train and mentor Assistant Managers, Shift Leads, and high-potential team members. A great GM doesn’t just run a great store—they build a team capable of running it with them.

Know Your Numbers

Understand your store’s financial performance, analyze results and variances, identify opportunities, and take action to improve profitability.

Lead From the Front

This is a hands-on role. You should be comfortable jumping in wherever needed—from mixing and baking to serving guests and supporting your team during a busy rush.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • At least 1 year of management experience in restaurants, retail, hospitality, or a similar environment
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine commitment to customer service
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable managing schedules, budgets, inventory, and operating results
  • High level of personal accountability and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to coach employees, address performance issues, and resolve conflict
  • Comfortable using technology and business-management systems
  • Willing and able to work different shifts when the needs of the business require it

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Restaurant or food-service management experience
  • Food Manager Certification
  • Experience with Sysco or similar food-service ordering systems
  • Experience managing labor, food costs, budgets, or a P&L
