Pay & Benefits
- Base salary starting at approximately $70,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience

What You'll Lead
As General Manager, you'll own your restaurant's daily operations, team development, guest experience, and financial performance.
- Build your team: Recruit, hire, train, and coach managers and crew members. Set clear expectations and develop future leaders.
- Run great shifts: Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and ordering while maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
- Deliver welcoming service: Lead by example, resolve guest concerns, and turn feedback into improvements.
- Drive results: Manage sales, labor, food costs, and profitability.
- Grow the business: Support catering, local marketing, and community relationships.
