General Liability Defense Attorney

A well-established and well-respected firm with multiple locations is seeking an experienced General Liability Associate (2+ years)  to join their growing practice. If you can work independently but enjoy mentorship and want to grow you practice, this could be a fit for you! 

Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years of civil litigation experience
• Experience with civil defense, premises liability, general liability, product liability and auto defense is plus 
• Experience with written discovery, taking and defending depositions
• Law and motion practice, attending court hearings, legal memos and research
• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• Admitted in Florida and in good standing
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
