We are seeking a skilled General Liability Attorney to join our legal team in the Chicago area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling general liability cases and providing legal advice and counsel to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of general liability matters from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research and provide analysis of laws and regulations
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and trials
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• 3+ years of experience in general liability defense
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
