General Liability Associate Attorney (Hybrid in Boston, MA) (Full-Time)Location: Hybrid in Boston, Massachusetts
Salary: $135K - $165K Salary
Must Haves:- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the state of Massachusetts, including Rhode Island and/or New Hampshire
- 3 years of experience
- Experience with litigation involving complex tort & general casualty, employment, construction, professional liability, and/or product liability preferred.

The Associate will gain experience with and exposure to practice areas including complex tort & general casualty, employment, construction, professional liability, and product liability
Responsibilities
- Manage matters at all stages of litigation
- Represent clients in a wide range of defense litigation
- Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on litigation matters
- Opportunities to handle court appearances and conduct depositions
- Communicate with clients, including providing regular reports, updating clients on the status of their cases, and providing recommendations regarding litigation and case resolution strategy
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the state of Massachusetts, including Rhode Island and/or New Hampshire
- 3 years of experience
- Experience with litigation involving complex tort & general casualty, employment, construction, professional liability, and/or product liability preferred.
- Superior communication, writing, analytical, and research skills.
- Preparing discovery requests, objections and responses to discovery requests, and motions and briefings relating to discovery disputes.
- Handling court appearances and depositions a plus.
