General Laborer

Phoenix, AZ

General Laborer - Construction | TSMC North Phoenix

$21-$28/hr Base Pay | $30-$35/hr DBA Pay

MMI Industrial & Steel is urgently hiring General Laborers for our TSMC project in North Phoenix.

This is a hands-on construction position supporting Ironworkers and other skilled trades. We are looking for dependable people who work safely, show up ready to work, and want an opportunity to grow in the construction industry.

How Pay Works

You will have a base hourly rate between $21-$28/hour, based on your experience.

Some project work may qualify for DBA (Davis-Bacon) prevailing wage pay. When you are performing work that qualifies for the applicable DBA classification, the rate is generally $30-$35/hour, depending on the work and classification.

Example:

If your base rate is $25/hour, you are paid $25/hour for regular non-DBA work. When you perform qualifying DBA work (such as working at TSMC), you are paid the applicable DBA rate for those hours.

DBA pay is based on the work being performed and the applicable classification and is not guaranteed for every hour worked.

Candidates with strong construction experience may qualify toward the higher end of the range, especially experience with:

  • Foundations or concrete work
  • Drilling and anchoring
  • Seismic work
  • Rigging and material handling
  • Structural steel
  • Equipment setting or move-in
