General Laborer

Job Title: General Laborer
Pay Rate: $18+/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, All Shifts, overtime required
Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a General Laborers for a client in Phoenix, Arizona. The client specializes in manufacturing custom heat exchanger coils, fluid coolers, and remote air-cooled condensers for OEM and replacement markets.

Responsibilities:

• Unload, unpack, and inspect deliveries for accuracy and damage

• Stock shelves, racks, and bins with inventory

• Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment or internal distribution

• Assist with loading and unloading trucks

• Operate basic warehouse tools and equipment, including pallet jacks, stretch wrap, and tape dispensers

• Perform cycle counts and assist with maintaining inventory accuracy

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse

• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies

• Measure and cut materials according to specified dimensions, using a tape measure and hand tools.

• Operate staple and nail guns to secure materials.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse or construction settings.

• Must have the ability to read and interpret measurements using a tape measure.

• Forklift operation experience is preferred.

• Experience with staple and nail gun operation.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.

• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

$18-20/hour
