General Labor associates in the
Tampa, FL area.
This is a
temp-to-perm opportunity with 40-50 hours per week. Candidates with hands-on experience in
general labor and/or forklift operation are encouraged to apply, especially those looking for steady work and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities- Load, unload, move, and organize materials, equipment, and tools
- Operate forklifts and assist with material handling (if certified/experienced)
- Move, stage, and organize materials and supplies as needed
- Assist skilled trades such as carpenters, welders, and equipment operators
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Perform general labor and routine tasks as assigned
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and supervisor instructions
What Were Looking For- Experience in general labor, construction, or forklift operation preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in an industrial environment
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
