Architecture & Design
Define the targetstate cloud data architecture aligned to enterprise standards, including staging, conformed, and reporting layers.
Design scalable data models
Ensure architectural alignment with cloudnative best practices for performance, cost optimization, Data quality & Governance and scalability.
Technical Expertise
Strong experience designing cloudbased data warehouses (GCP / Azure / AWS).
Handson expertise with modern data modeling techniques (dimensional, conformed, SCD, snapshotbased reporting).
Experience with ETL/ELT architectures, metadata management, and data lineage.
Familiarity with enterprise BI and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau).

Understanding of healthcare data sensitivity, audit needs, and regulatory expectations.
