Job Description:This job is responsible for managing clients and related credit products, partnering closely with relationship management, sales/trading, treasury management, operations and risk teams to support the client relationship.. Key responsibilities include underwriting, monitoring, managing operational needs and/or client requests.Job expectations include credit-focused client management responsibilities, independent thought leadership, and the ability to provide feedback to less experienced teammates. Responsibilities:Partners with relationship management and product partners to assess clients' credit needs and create solutionsLeads loan structure conversations and negotiates loan documentation with clients and internal/external legal partnersDrives credit and risk approval processes for new credit originations, renewals, increases, and modificationsLeads ongoing monitoring efforts for a portfolio of clients in compliance with regulations, policy and procedureMentors and supports associatesPartners with relationship management and product partners to assess clients' credit needs and create solutionsLeads the credit analysis process with the support of other analysts and associatesPartners with Credit Officers and Risk teammates to understand structuring needs and requirementsMonitors operating performance and financial condition, proactively identifying issues and opportunitiesAssists in delivery of financial modeling, loan structure, industry, economic and other analysis to team members to support the loan decision-making processReviews work of junior teammates to provide feedback/coaching and ensure compliance with laws, rules, regulations and policy procedureGranted credit approval for certain credit actionsParticipates in loan structure conversations and completion of loan documentation with internal/external legal partners Required Qualifications:3 years of credit and financial institution experience with Commercial Credit Underwriting, commercial credit loan structuringStrong written and communication skillsStrong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Attention to detail Desired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting preferred or equivalent experience Skills:Analytical ThinkingCredit and Risk AssessmentFinancial AnalysisResearch AnalysisUnderwritingAttention to DetailBusiness AcumenFinancial Forecasting and ModelingLoan StructuringWritten CommunicationsBusiness DevelopmentCollaborationCritical ThinkingPortfolio AnalysisStakeholder Management Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalentShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40 Learn more about this role Apply × To proceed with your application, you must be at least 18 years of age.
