Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages to customer specifications
- Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming, positive café experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter, equipment, and dining area
- Assist with stocking and displaying baked goods, pastries, and café merchandise
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth café operations
Requirements:- Previous barista, cashier, or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced café environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire
