Job Description
As a Physical Therapist, you will help patients achieve their mobility, rehabilitation, and quality-of-life goals. Responsibilities include:

• Evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients of varying ages and conditions
• Utilizing evidence-based techniques to improve strength, mobility, and overall function
• Educating patients and families on exercises, therapy plans, and recovery expectations
• Documenting patient progress and updating treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other rehabilitation staff to ensure optimal care outcomes
• Promoting wellness and injury prevention through patient and community education

Education and Certification Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent required)
• Active Physical Therapy license in South Dakota (or eligibility)
• BLS certification (AHA required)
• New graduates are encouraged to apply – mentorship and training available
