Full Stack Engineer (REMOTE) - 3633352

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Full Stack Developer (REMOTE) position! This is a 6+ month contract with potential to extend and will be remote in the United States. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead design and development of full stack applications using .NET and Java with Angular frontend, delivering technologically sound solutions for complex business problems
• Drive Azure-based cloud development initiatives and platform modernization efforts to enhance system architecture and scalability
• Support and maintain production systems in a highly regulated environment, ensuring efficient operation and compliance with risk and regulatory standards
• Collaborate across development, operations, and technology teams to manage the full system development lifecycle from technical analysis through user acceptance testing
• Direct and mentor less experienced developers on small to large scope projects, coordinating development tasks and monitoring project deliverables
• Prepare comprehensive technical specifications, system documentation, and project assessments including task breakdowns, timelines, and effort estimates
• Evaluate and implement new information technologies to support strategic business objectives and improve operational deficiencies
• Conduct thorough testing including test data preparation, detailed test plan execution, and debugging to ensure quality deliverables

What You'll Need to Have:

• 5+ years of systems analysis and application development experience with strong full stack development capabilities
• Proven proficiency in .NET and Java development with hands-on experience building Angular-based frontend applications
• Solid experience with Azure cloud platform development and deployment in enterprise environments
• Demonstrated ability to support production systems in highly regulated environments with strong attention to compliance and quality standards
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex system interrelationships and their effects across integrated applications
• Excellent communication skills with experience presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences and coordinating between technical and business teams
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on quality and delivery timelines
• Experience driving project milestones, recommending systems solutions, and working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Pay Range: $65-$70/hr
