Our client, a Public Sector organization , is looking to hire a Full-Stack Developer in Los Angeles CA

Pay Rate Range: $52-57/HR on W2

Role - Full-Stack Developer

Location- 211 W. Temple St., Ste 1200 , Los Angeles CA - Hybrid

Duration: 12 Months Contract

Skills Required

• 5+ years of experience with:

• TypeScript

• JavaScript

• Python

• 4+ years of experience delivering accessible and observable applications

• 4+ years of professional full-stack development, including:

• Production React/TypeScript interfaces

• Python API services

• 4+ years designing and developing:

• REST APIs

• Streaming APIs

• Data models

• Durable workflow state

• Asynchronous jobs

• Database integrations

• Object storage integrations

• 2+ years of experience with:

• OCR

• Document pipelines

• Source citations/provenance

• Generating Word, Excel, PDF, CSV, and JSON work products

• 2+ years of Azure experience, including:

• Entra ID or EasyAuth

• Managed Identity

• Azure App Service

• Containers / ACR

• Azure DevOps Pipelines

• 1+ year of experience with:

• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

• Tool-using or agentic systems

• MCP or comparable tool protocols

• Human-in-the-loop approval patterns

Additional Skills Required

• Demonstrated experience with:

• Automated testing

• Source control

• Code reviews

• CI/CD

• Containers

• Debugging

• Production support

• Ability to build secure systems for sensitive information, including:

• Server-side authorization

• Audit logging

• Input validation

• Secure and disciplined secrets handling

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to translate SME workflows into usable and measurable product increments

• Hands-on experience with:

• Azure Cosmos DB

• Azure Blob Storage

• Azure AI Search

• Azure Service Bus

• Azure Document Intelligence

• Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Foundry

• Knowledge of FastAPI

• Experience with the .NET stack and C#

Education Required

• Bachelor's degree or higher in:

• Computer Science

• Engineering

• Information Systems

• Related field

• Equivalent practical experience may also be considered.
