Full Stack Developer

Our client, a Commercial Banking company, is looking for a Full Stack Developer for their Remote - Atlanta GA / Charlotte NC/ Winston Salem NC / Greensboro NC / Richmond VA / Orlando FL location. Strong proficiency in Web applications, Java, NET, Spring Boot, Node.js, or equivalent backend technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise web applications.
• Build responsive front-end solutions and scalable backend services.
• Develop REST APIs and microservices.
• Implement secure, high-performing, and maintainable software solutions.
• Participate in application architecture and design discussions.
• Develop and support integrations between enterprise applications.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and interfaces.
• Support reporting, analytics, and dashboard solutions.
• Assist with cloud modernization and automation initiatives
• Support HR technology platforms including Workday, Adaptive Planning, payroll, talent, and workforce management applications.
• Learn and configure Adaptive Planning modules as part of ongoing cross-training.
• Partner with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.                

 
Requirements:

• 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience.
• Experience with React, Angular, or similar JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in Web applications, Java, .NET, Spring Boot, Node.js, or equivalent backend technologies.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong SQL and database development skills.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development practices.
• Cloud experience (Azure or AWS)
• Experience with enterprise SaaS applications.
• Experience with Workday, Adaptive Planning, ServiceNow, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Experience with HR, Finance, Payroll, or Workforce applications.
• Knowledge of data integration platforms and ETL processes.
• Exposure to analytics, reporting, and dashboard development                 
• Experience using Rally Agile tool
• Ability to adapt and flexible for learning new tools/languages
