Fulfillment Operations Specialist — Waxahachie, TX
A day in your role
You start your shift by checking the inbound schedule and teaming up for a quick huddle. First up: receiving. You verify deliveries, look over products for accuracy and condition, and stage items to be put away. Once the floor gets moving, you shift gears to fulfillment—picking items with precision, packing them securely, and getting orders ready to ship on time. Throughout the day, you update inventory in the system, help with routine counts, and hop on a forklift or pallet jack when needed. You keep your area spotless, follow safety rules, and lend a hand to teammates. When a new hire joins, you share what you know so they ramp up quickly.
What you’ll handle
- Check in and verify incoming shipments; organize and store items in the right locations.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Update inventory records and support routine cycle counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts and pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, orderly work area while following all safety procedures.
- Work closely with team members to hit daily goals and deadlines.
- Assist with onboarding and showing new teammates the ropes.
What you’ll bring
- Warehouse background is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person.
- Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs and performing hands-on, physical work.
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn inventory software.
- Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
- Clear communicator who collaborates well on a team.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including overtime when needed.
