Description
Customer Service / Document Processing Specialist
The Fountain Group is hiring for a prominent client in the finance software industry.
Location: 100% onsite, - Columbus, OH
Duration: 6 months, with potential to extend or convert
Pay: $19/hr
Overtime: Available when needed
About the Role
You’ll process State and customer documents following established Standard Operating Procedures, working in proprietary and Microsoft Office applications. You’ll also support customers and team members with training and issue resolution, using a consultative approach.
Responsibilities
- Process State or customer documents following established Standard Operating Procedures, using proprietary and Microsoft suite applications
- Understand and follow security guidelines
- Create process documentation
- Assist in resolving issues with internal and external customers
- Work with team members on training and implementation of process and policy changes
- Help customers, team members, and vendors with training on products and jurisdictional requirements
- Analyze data and recommend process improvements and reporting
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of two years of customer service or related work experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college preferred3
