Responsibilities:

• Guide the technical direction of modern web applications. This role combines technical leadership, hands-on development, mentoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance user experiences.
• Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
• Lead and mentor developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Build scalable, maintainable web applications using modern frontend frameworks.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers.
• Improve performance, accessibility, and overall user experience.
• Support CI/CD processes and frontend delivery standards.

 
Requirements:

• 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• 6+ years of frontend development experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS/Sass, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication, mentoring, and problem-solving abilities.
