This role combines hands-on office operations with recruiting coordination, from welcoming visitors to managing interview schedules and helping new hires get settled.

    Recruiting Coordination

    • Schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews across multiple calendars and time zones, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to keep the process moving.

    • Serve as candidates’ point of contact for scheduling and logistics, providing clear instructions, timely updates, and a welcoming interview experience.

    • Coordinate interview agendas, meeting rooms, video links, and candidate travel as needed.

    • Keep candidate records and interview details accurate in our applicant tracking system, follow up on outstanding feedback, and flag scheduling delays or bottlenecks.

We move fast, wear a lot of hats, and figure things out together, so a flexible, can-do attitude goes a long way here.
