Overview:

We are seeking a professional and organized Front Office Assistant to support daily front desk operations and administrative tasks. This role involves face-to-face interaction with visitors and clients while assisting internal teams with office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception/front office area
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and record management
  • Support internal departments with administrative tasks
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
