    Job Purpose:  The Front of the House (FOH) Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the front-of-house team, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth workflow, and adherence to company policies. This role acts as a bridge between management and the FOH staff, ensuring a positive guest experience while maintaining operational efficiency.

    Job Responsibilities: 

    • Supervise, train, and motivate FOH staff members, including servers, hosts/hostesses, bartenders, and bussers.
    • Facilitate daily briefings to prepare staff for service, including menu changes, promotions, or special events.
    • Identify and resolve staffing issues (e.g., call-outs) in coordination with management.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by monitoring service quality and guest feedback.
    • Address guest concerns, complaints, or special requests promptly and professionally.
    • Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests.
    • Oversee daily FOH operations, ensuring service areas (dining room, bar, waiting areas) are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
    • Coordinate with the back-of-house (BOH) team to ensure seamless service and communication.
    • Monitor table assignments and seating arrangements to optimize efficiency.
    • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, securing the premises, and end-of-day reporting.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.
    • Complete daily sales reports or assist in inventory audits when required.
    • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance evaluations for the FOH team.
    • Support staff in resolving conflicts or improving service standards.
    • Monitor and promote teamwork among employees.

    Job Qualifications:  

    Education

    HS Diploma or equivalent.

     Experience

    • Prior experience in a supervisory role in hospitality, restaurant, or foodservice settings.
    • Strong working knowledge of FOH operations and customer service principles.   

     Job Type

     Full-Time

     Note:You must be willing to work as a bartender for at least three shifts per week.
