Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Front of House Restaurant Manager with a proven track record in leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in front-of-house operations, a deep understanding of hospitality standards, and a proven track record of driving operational success in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to company standards.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain efficient service flow and resolve any operational challenges.
  • Implement and uphold health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both staff and guests.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, striving to exceed expectations.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial management, contributing to the establishment's profitability.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for staff, promoting career growth within the company.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in front-of-house management within the hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team development and operational efficiency.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff and guests.
  • In-depth knowledge of front-of-house operations, including reservations, seating, and guest services.
  • Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic financial management.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Food Manager Certificate.
  • Solminer Level 1 or higher (preferred).
  • Proficiency with Resy and Toast.
  • Long or Steady Tenureship at current or past position.
